Supporting the creation and development of new social initiatives in our communities is hard work.
Understanding the complexity of the issue and the people it impacts is key to developing lasting solutions that can help address some of society’s most challenging issues. Whether the idea is a social purpose enterprise designed to contribute to our communities or an innovative initiative designed for social change, the ways in which we understand the social problem and design solutions must be grounded in community development and design thinking principles.
This online program explores the Common Good Way – a unique community development process that combines understanding the community need with the development of a sustainable model to support the solution. Basic principles and tips are also provided on facilitation and coaching.
